Account Management Process
Our search process begins with the assignment of
an account manager to the search. The account manager meets with
client management to establish an open line of communication. Open
communications are critical to delivering premium quality service.
We strive to understand the client's corporate culture and strategic
business initiatives, as well as the unique attributes and skills
required when quantifying the targeted search profile. This comprehensive
client knowledge allows us to be a more effective extension of our
clients and to better serveas a valued business partner.
After the position's attributes and requirements
have been determined, and mutually agreed upon, a document clearly
defining the search profile is created. The Account Manager's role
now focuses on directing our resources and servicesto the client's
search requirements and coordinating the process with the highest
sense of urgency. Regularly scheduled status meetings are held to
review candidates. Once qualified candidates are identified, the
Account Manager coordinates the interview process and acts as intermediary
when an offer is extended.
Target Search Process
Target recruiting is at the heart of our search
process. Target recruited candidates are, characteristically, not
actively seeking a new position. They pursue our client's opportunity
because we are able to demonstrate how the position clearly meets
their personal and career objectives.
We utilize our research staff, market relationships,
and vast network of industry contacts to identify prospective talent.
Structured Interview Process
We perform an extensive, face-to-face interview
with each prospective candidate whenever possible. During the interview,
we evaluate the candidate's professional experience, behavior, and
determine their career and income expectations. Our goal is to thoroughly
understand the candidates' professional goals and to determine their
strengths and levels of proficiency. |
